President/CEO

Shunji Brown-Woods is currently a Global Vice President at Smith+Nephew. Shunji earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana. Shunji obtained a MHA in Health Administration and an EdD in Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Memphis. Native to Laurel, MS, she now resides in Memphis TN with her husband and 3 Children. 

Executive Director

  Prior to joining the Zeal Team, Virginia worked as a Public Benefits Rep in the legal services industry and recently retired after thirty-five years. Virginia is a 1976 graduate of Northeast Jones High School, a 1995 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Psychology, and a 1999 graduate of Mississippi State University with a M.S. in Community Counseling.
